Privacy Policy

Orbit Travel Solutions | Last updated: June 2026

Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how Orbit Travel Solutions collects, uses and protects your personal information.

01

Information We Collect

We receive your personal data when you submit a quotation or booking request. This information is stored securely on our in-house servers and is not shared with any third party, with the sole exception of our chauffeurs — who are only granted access to the data relevant to your journey, for the duration of that hire only.

We will never sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your explicit permission or are required by law to do so.

02

Why We Collect Your Information

Data collected upon payment is stored securely by our payment providers — including Stripe, PayPal and Apple Pay — for the purposes of processing your booking. We do not have access to your full financial information, nor do we share any data accumulated from your use of our services.

We may use anonymised, aggregated data relating to website usage to improve our content and the experience we offer. This is done in a privacy-preserving manner and cannot be traced back to you individually.

We will only contact you by email where it directly relates to your account — such as booking confirmations, important account changes or credits applied to your account. We will not send unsolicited promotional emails, nor instruct third parties to do so, unless you have explicitly opted in.

03

Your Rights Under Data Protection Law

Under applicable data protection legislation, you are entitled to the following rights. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected].

The Right to Access

You have the right to obtain confirmation that your personal information is being processed and to receive a copy of that information. This will be provided free of charge; however, additional requests may be subject to a reasonable administrative fee.

The Right to Rectification

You have the right to have any inaccurate information we hold about you corrected, or any incomplete information completed, without undue delay.

The Right to Erasure

In certain circumstances, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. This applies where you withdraw your consent, or where the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. This right does not apply where retention is required for legal compliance or the defence of legal claims.

The Right to Restrict Processing

You may request that we restrict the processing of your information in certain circumstances — for example, where you contest its accuracy, where processing has been unlawful, or where you have objected to processing pending verification.

The Right to Object

You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular circumstances. Where you object, we will cease processing unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds which override your interests, or the processing is necessary for legal claims.

The Right to Data Portability

Where processing is based on consent or contract and is carried out by automated means, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to have it transferred to another controller where technically feasible.

The Right to Complain

If you believe our processing of your personal data infringes applicable data protection law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in the UK, this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

The Right to Withdraw Consent

Where processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Any email communications we send will include an unsubscribe link. You may also withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

04

Data Security

We take the security of your personal data seriously. All information is stored on secure, access-controlled servers. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

Access to your personal data within our organisation is strictly limited to those who require it in order to fulfil your booking, and all such individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations.

05

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legislation, our operations, or our data practices. Any material changes will be communicated to you where required by law.

We encourage you to review this page periodically. The date of the most recent revision will always be indicated below.
